Craniosacral Therapy
Calm the mind and connect within.
Performed by our talented RMT, Craniosacral Therapy aims to harmonize the nervous system by relieving compression in the bones of the cranial (head), sacral (triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column utilizing a soft approach to bodywork therapy.
Also known as Cranial Sacral Therapy or CST.

Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive approach to holistic wellness that can encourage the body's ability to heal.
It utilizes gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to help relieve pain and stress caused by compression of bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis.
Through soft manipulation of bones in these areas, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid within the central nervous system can be normalized and blockages (due to the previous restriction) can be alleviated.

Suitable for all ages, this may be a wonderful addition to one’s treatment plan for easing:
Migraines and headaches, sinus and ear ailments, TMJ, neck pain, scoliosis, IBS, mood disorders (like anxiety or depression), and more.

Cupping Therapy
Experience a traditional approach to multi-tissue relaxation. Let life’s knots melt away as special cups are placed on select areas of the skin by our qualified practitioner.
The suction action produced is designed to promote healing and well-being, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, assist muscular and fascial mobility, and more.

There are a few techniques that may be utilized during your Cupping session.
As the cup is placed on the skin, a vacuum is created in the cup, which causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be drawn up into the cup. The suction created produces increased blood flow to the tissues under the cup to promote healing and reduce inflammation.
A cup may also be used to glide. Here, oil may be applied to the skin to move the cup around an area. The suction in this application allows the skin and fascia to lift, providing a form of deep-tissue massage.
Live & Dried Blood Analysis
Look within! Offering an alternative screening method, Live & Dry Blood Analysis focuses on the quality of blood cells to identify nutritional status, deficiencies, oxidative stress, and immune issues.
